Grant graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in the Spring of 2017 with a degree in finance and a concentration in real estate. He was one of the founding members of the Blue Raider Real Estate Club on campus and served as its Director of Investments, Treasurer, and Vice President. Grant’s other collegiate accomplishments included being selected as one of less than 30 students campus-wide to attend the Institute of Leadership Excellence at MTSU in 2015. He then went on to study Business Leadership in Taiwan in 2016, an experience which sparked his ongoing interest in travel.
Grant’s first experience in the real estate industry was with Knotted Olive Capital which presented him with many opportunities to learn about the business through hands on practice. While there he rehabilitated commercial and residential properties for lease and/or resale, produced rough title abstracts for potential investment properties, and helped in the investment analysis process. Grant began working at Gateway Title in 2016 as a summer intern, eager to learn as much as he could about other aspects of the real estate industry. Gateway was fortunate to have Grant accept a full-time position following his graduation as a Title Examiner in its Title Services Department.
Grant completed a month long trip to Europe during the summer to fulfill his desire to continue exploring the world. His other interests include listening to music, hanging out with good friends, rock climbing, reading, watching movies, or visiting family in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
